Yu Yunicorn Launched in India

Yu Televentures has officially launched Yu Yunicorn handsets in India. This smartphone with its metal unibody handset will be available exclusively on Flipkart for Rs. 12,999.

Yu Yunicorn is running on a new OS called AOS (Android on Steroids), which look like Stock android. Yu Televentures has priced it at Rs. 12,999 only for the first month after that the price will go up to Rs. 14,999.

Yu Yunicorn comes with 5.5-inch Full HD display and is powered by MediaTek Helio P10 processor with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage.

The rear camera is a 13 MP shooter and the front is 5 MP shooter. It also consists of a new wallet. The AOS's app drawer look like HTC's blink feed.

Last year, Samsung has launched new J-series in the mid-range segment. This year also Samsung is launching the next-generation of J-series(2016), recently Samsung has launched its A-series with plenty of improvements. Mobile payments is a growing market, and OEMs are trying to replace wallet with smartphones. Most of them use same NFC standard to communicate with payment terminal.

NFC requires retailer to upgrade their hardware to accept the payment. While Samsung Pay will run with any payment terminal that accepts contactless or swiping the card with through the reader, that's because Samsung Pay supports MST- Magnetic Secure Transmission - alongside NFC.

Samsung is growing faster than Apple pay and Android pay both of them uses NFC payment terminal, but they both have more bank supports than Samsung Pay. Samsung need to increase the supported banks, although Samsung Pay supports in a much wider range of retailers. 

Where is Samsung pay is available? 

Samsung is currently available in South Korea and US. Samsung will launch its pay services to China, Australia, UK, Brazil, Canada, Singapore, Spain later in 2016.

A total 10 cards can be added to Samsung Pay. This smart technology was developed by LoopPay, which was acquired by Samsung in early 2015. Samsung has promised to bring its Pay services to upcoming affordable phones in 2016.

How it is differ from Apple Pay and Android Pay?

Samsung Pay works with almost all stores that accept credit and debit cards, in other hand Apple Pay and Android Pay works with only on those stores who have tap-to-pay NFC Terminals.

OnePlus 2 update brings RAW camera support

OnePlus 2 users will get the new Oxygen update, it's not going to update from lollipop to Marshmallow. It comes with bug fixes and improvement. OxygenOS 2.2.1 with new software update is rolling-out.

LG G5 Magic Slot and removable battery explained

MWC 2016 : What's happening in MWC 2016.

MWC (Mobile World Congress), it's the biggest mobile electronic trade show on the planet. MWC 2016 will held between Feb 22 to 25 in Barcelona, Spain. With only few days left to kick-off the MWC 2016, so we are going to a short brief about what all you is going to see at MWC 2016 and official invites from companies like Huawei, Sony and LG have started to flow out as well.

Samsung 

The most excited smartphone this year is the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge.The launch event to be held Sunday, February 21 ,7 PM (10 AM PST,1 PM EST, 11:30 PM IST).

Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge is coming with some new features like waterproof,dust proof, return of micro-SD slot,AOD (Always on display), pressure sensitive screen. Samsung is expected to unveil a Gear 360 VR camera. May Samsung also launch its new Galaxy Tab S3 tablets.Samsung is givig free Gear VR headset with pre-orders. 

   

LG

The company will be unboxing its latest flagship, the LG G5. The launch event to be held Sunday February 21, 2 PM (5 AM PST , 8 AM EST, 6:30 PM IST).

LG G5's is getting popular for its touch-enabled Quick cover, which will there on display. LG is also going to launch its new LG-X line smartphones, its a mid-range smartphone series but with some special flagship features.

Lenovo

Lenovo is going to launch a new metal smartphone at MWC 2016, Lenovo Lemon 3, which was launched in China last month, but Lenovo have expansion plans for Lemon 3. Lenovo may also launch its new VIBE smartphone, some new yoga tablets. Its subsidiary company Motorola will not unveil any new device at MWC, Lenovo's CEO has already confirmed that a new moto device will be launch in July 2016.

Huawei 

Huawei may launch its new Huawei P9 on February 21,  2 PM (5 AM PST , 8 AM EST, 6:30 PM IST). Its the exact time as the LG G5 launch. We are not sure about P9 , but Huawei invite state "a brand new device"will be unveiled.

Sony

We have no clue what Sony will be bringing on MWC 2016. We are sure that Sony will not unveil Xperia Z6. Sony may launch PlayStation VR , Sony smartwatch 4. There are rumor that Sony may unveil its new Xperia C6.

 Xiaomi

Xiaomi is going to attend MWC for first time and holding press conference to launch Mi 5 , on Ferbruary 24, 9 AM(12 PM PST , 3 AM EST), 1:30 AM IST(25 feb). We will see plenty of Mi products there on display.

Oppo

Oppo is bringing something new and innovative in the camera and battery technology. Oppo has quoted "wow the world" with its "Breakthrough tech" at MWC 2016.

Oppo will need a new device for its breakthrough camera and battery tech. We are believe, that they will launch Oppo Find 9 at the press-conference which will be held on February 23, 10 AM (1 AM PST, 4 AM EST, 2:30 PM IST).

Apple patented auto-adjust iPhone alert volume

Apple wants to turn Apple watch into an automated iPhone command and control module, without having intervene your manually. Apple has sent to register a patent is very interesting and it takes you to wonder why you did not think of you.

How its going to work?

Apple is going to use a micro-phone on Apple watch, the watch will calculate the noise level in  the environment. According to the noise level , a command signal is sent to raise or lower or modify an iPhone's volume 

Apple will apply this function to existing or future devices, even you could leave registration and use at some point where deemed appropriate.

Samsung won’t be making the iPhone 7’s A10 chip

Last year, Samsung shared the manufacturing of the A9 processor for Apple iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus with TSMC ( Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company).But this time TSMC will be the only supplier for iPhone 7. TSMC is expected to start mass production of the A10 processor by June 2016 as new iPhones traditionally arrive around the fall. TSMC is able to convince Apple to pick it up as only supplier for its next-gen processor for its upcoming iPhone 7.

Samsung may lost one of the biggest client for its semiconductor business, as Apple sells more than 10 millions iPhone every year which is good for suppliers as well. Samsung's semiconductor business will manufacture the Snapdragon 820 for Qualcomm which will power most of the flagship devices this year.

  

New leaks of Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7edge

                 

Golden color Samsung Galaxy S7 unit has been leaked by pisapapeles . The surprise of Samsung is spoiled by many leaks coming back-to back .Its back curved very similar to the Galaxy Note 5. Both the devices will serve standard microUSB not USB-C, have IP68 certification, Always on display.



 According to FCC, Samsung Galaxy S7 edge will launch with 3600mAh battery. FCC label label document confirms 3600mAh battery, but we don't have any document regarding S7's 3000mAh battery. As 3600mAh battery rumor was right, then we are sure about that Samsung Galaxy S7 will come with 3000mAh battery.

Let us hope that both the Snapdragon 820 and Exynos 8890 are optimized to further improved battery life. As the previous version not satisfied with its battery life.

Samsung Galaxy S7 VS LG G5 - Which is Better

In last couple of months we are talking about rumors and every information of upcoming "flagship smartphones", Samsung Galaxy S7/S7 edge and LG G5. Both the devices are fantastic, but which is better? Both of Korean tech-giants are working hard to become the best flagship smartphone.We are going to compare both of them,let's see which is better from these tow devices.

Samsung Galaxy S7  

Samsung is reported to come with a 5.1-inch Super AMOLED screen at QHD (1440 x 2560 pixels) with gorilla glass 4. The Galaxy S7 edge will have same QHD display ,but with bigger 5.5-inch curved screen.Both of them will have Always on display (AOD) function, Galaxy S7 will own  IP67 dust and water-resistance certification. 

LG G5 

LG G5 will feature 5.3-inch QHD LCD display,which is smaller than last year's LG G4(5.5-inch).LG G5 will feature with secondary "ticker" display same as the LG V10. This ticker will have the 140 x 1040 pixels and used for displaying notification or shortcuts to favorite apps.

Samsung is going to use Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 SoC in the China and US, and Exynos 8890 in other markets, both of them will provide a great performance. Galaxy S7 will have 4GB Ram with 32GB or 64 GB of storage,S7 will offer a micro-SD slot(up to 200GB). 

LG G5

LG G5 will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 820 processor,the same chip that will power Samsung Galaxy S7 (US and China variants), with Qualcomm's costomized Kyro CPU cores and Adreno 530 GPU. With 3GB RAM and 32GB storage and a mico-SD slot.

Cameras

Samsung Galaxy S7

Galaxy S7 will bring big improvement in low-light photography.Camera will be flush with body.Rear camera resolution is decrease to 12 MP as campare to S6(16MP),but the Aperture is f/1.7 lens campare to S6(f/1.9) ,new camera will be better in low light in which S6 was weak.Front facing camera remains the same 5 MP, but will offer better picture, as resolution is not everything.

LG G5

LG will use dual camera,it will help to take very wide shots,rear camera resolution is 16MP+8MP with heart rate and leaser auto focus sensor, 8MP front facing camera. 

Battery

Samsung Galaxy S7

Samsung Galaxy S7 will offer a 3000mAh non-removable battery, with S7 edge 3600mAh non-removable battery. Galaxy S7 edge have bigger screen and body as compare to S7.

Both the devices will support fast-charging and wireless charging. S7 and S7 edge are able to get a full day's charge in just 30 min.

  

LG G5

LG will offer 2800mAh battery with Qualcomm's Quick charge 2.0/3.0 . LG G5 less capacity is little disappointing.

Which is better?

Well which is better we can't give this answer right as we only know the specs and rumors,Software and User experience is very important, for that we have to wait for them to release,but competition is start as they both are launching in Same date, 21 February  2015 ,(same day as the Samsung Galaxy S7). 

     

Samsung Galaxy S7 And S7 Edge launch date confirmed

Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge are one of the most exiting upcoming smartphones of 2016, Evan Blass (@evleaks) has leaked the release date of Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge.The picture in above look-like as Samsung's press invite for Mobile World Congress press release.

The launch date is February 21, 2016 which everyone was expected,

and in launching just before Mobile World Congress which is going to held on February 22 to 25 in Barcelona, Spain.

The release date of Samsung galaxy S7 and S7 edge in 11th of March in both USA and Europe.This time it is releasing almost a month before last year's S6 and S6 edge.

The release date is just a rumors as it is not confirmed by Samsung's officials.

Evan Blass also known as @evleaks has revealed many information on upcoming Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge.Samsung's upcoming smartphone of 2016 will have the feature that we all were missing in Galaxy S6 and S6 edge.

What's new in GS7 and GS7 edge?

1. According to the @evleaks, both the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge will offer micro-SD slot(up to 200GB).
2. Both devices will own IP68 dust and water-resistance certifications

Camera

Rear camera resolution is decreasing to 12 MP as compared to S6(16MP), but the Aperture is f/1.7 lens compared to S6(f/1.9), new camera will be better in low light in which S6 was weak.Front facing camera remains the same 5 MP but will offer a better picture, as the resolution is not everything.

The rear camera will not have the S6 hump, which means it will look better as compared to S6. 

Display

Last year both S6 and S6 edge had 5.1-inch display size, this year only S7 will have a 5.1-inch display. The S7 edge will have a 5.5-inch curved display.

Screen resolution should be SUPER AMOLED screen at 1440 x 2560 quad HD with Always on display (AOD) function.

HTC M10 will Launch with Snapdragon 820,fingerprint scanner and many more

We have been hearing a lot of about leak specs of SAMSUNG Galaxy S7/S7 edge, LG G5, Xiaomi Mi 5 etc. But now this time, we are going to talk about HTC upcoming flagship device M10 as the successor of last year's M9 which was not a good phone and doesn't come with something new. Its is been a hard year for HTC, with his upcoming flagship device M10 it will try to win back its consumer.Will they succeed? its hard to tell as we don't have the clear picture M10, to succeed they need to be innovative, unique. 

Lenovo Launches Metal K5 Note With Helio P10 processor

Lenovo has launching its new smartphone K5 Note, its the successor of K4 Note which was released in starting of January.K5 launches with faster Media P10 helio processor and full metal body.

In Design K5 note is much more in rectangular shape,with some changes in camera and fingerprint scanner placement.Full metal body give K5 note a premium look.

Xiaomi is dominating the Chinese market. But the need to improve as their market share is 15.8% and Huawei is right behind them(15.4% of market share). Asus Zenfone ZOOM to launch in India today

Asus is going to launch their new smartphone Asus Zenfone Zoom in India today. The price is expected Rs 25,000 for 64 GB variant.

Asus is focusing on its camera which is 13 MP rear with f/2.7-4.8 aperture, Real Tone flash, Laser AF, OIS and 3X optical zoom. On the front, it has a 5 megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calling. Asus claims that the 10 element lens on ZenFone Zoom is designed by Hoya and the sensor is designed by Panasonic.

Its look like same as Nokia Lumia 1020 in back.
